이런 질문을 받으면 대답이 좀 어려운 것이 메트로 마닐라도 대단히 넓기 때문이다. 필리핀에는 필리핀 보건부(DOH)로부터 라이선스를 받은 검사소가 331개 있는데, 그중 약 40%가 메트로 마닐라 지역에 있다.
